Every project we undertake follows a clear, 5-step process.

1) Assess: We determine the project requirements and come up with a suitable plan for execution.
2) Coordinate: We gather all necessary resources from labor to equipment and materials and schedule logistics.

3) Delegate: We assign roles to our security personnel to match the project requirements.
4) Deploy: We deploy our personnel to the project site with all necessary equipment and supplies.
5) Complete: We complete the project, meeting specifications and providing any required deliverables. We share any insights learned with the client.
